I'm thinking maybe most people overlook ink cartridges as a major business expense, even though they definitely add up. I would maybe suggest putting that idea into their mind and letting them know, possibly, how much you could actually save them. Because when i was reading that, from a business owner perspective, I basically deemed it as not really worth the trouble of hassling with it all, when you have a system that works, and if i don't immediately think the hassle of changing over to your cartridges is worth the hassle then I would probably disregard it as well.
